Going into October I’d like to form some habits that stick and conjure up some attitudes that bring joy and the light of Jesus to those I encounter. This month, I already know will be full of ups and down as I toil with change but I know that the Lord is doing a new work and something great within me. Counting blessings has forced me every time to look at everything around me and show my gratitude to God. I would like to make a daily habit of it until it comes naturally. This is my gift in HIS word today. The Lord chose to reconcile himself to someone like me, not because I did anything special but because he loves me.
